What’s your return policy?

You may return unworn, unwashed items within the return period (below) for a full refund of the price you paid. All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were purchased. Items that smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will not be accepted for return/exchange.

Clothing (must have tags attached) - 30 days
Housewares / Toys / Shoes (can’t be worn outside) / etc. - 7 days
Furniture / Rugs / Bedding - 48 hours

Receipt required for all returns!
Because of our unique store and pricing, we will not be able to accept a return without a receipt.

Returns are refunded to your original payment method.


Where do you get merchandise from?

Our merchandise comes from major retailers such as Costco, Target, Walmart, Macy’s and more. The items we get are shelf-pulls, closeouts or returns.


How often do you receive new merchandise?

New shipments are received weekly, but we process and put out new inventory daily!


Is there a way to check if you have an item in stock?

Give us a call and we’ll let you know! While we’re happy to help you find something, our inventory is always changing so it’s best to just stop in and see if we have what you’re looking for.


Will you get more of a particular item in stock?

While we do get many similar items, some of the items are one of kind that we’ll never get again! If you see a certain item you want, we encourage you to purchase it at that time. Things sell quickly and there’s no guarantee we’ll get another one in stock!


Can you hold an item for me to purchase?

We can hold an item until the close of business that day. If you haven’t picked it up, it will go back on the floor for someone else to purchase.


Sometimes you sell damaged or missing items. Why?

Items with small damages, stains, or missing pieces are still a great value to our customers. These items usually have an additional discount to make up for the damage.

 
 

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, our store is pet friendly! Like other pet-friendly stores, we just ask that your pet is well-behaved and on a leash or in a carrier.

 
 

 
 

Do you donate to local charities?

Yes, we partner with local charities and regularly donate clothes and goods. If you have an event or organization that is looking for donations, please drop off a donation request application.
